How businesses are added and reviewed
- A business owner submits the Join the Directory form with their business details, service area, and referral information.
- An administrator reviews the submission for accuracy and completeness.
- Once approved, the profile is published publicly. Profiles stay unpublished until reviewed, so only legitimate, complete listings appear.
